This project is located in Ayat area, the eastern expansion area of Addis Ababa. The expansion area is largely a monofunctional residential area in the form of single family and condominium developments. When complete this project aspires to become a hub since spaces of leisure are absent in the area. The project houses commercial, leisure and residential programs. The leisure programs include swimming pool, health club and game zone for children.
